A message of assurance regarding Coronavirus, COVID-19

The team at the Passage House Hotel take pride in our personal relationships with our guests, as such we feel it is important to assure you of the thorough procedures put in place by our health and safety team to protect both our visitors and employees during the COVID-19 epidemic.

Not only do we want our guests to remain healthy, we also want you to be happy and comfortable during your stay with us. Therefore, we would like to remind you of our 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you feel unwell you can now cancel up to 24 hours prior to arrival and any deposit paid will be held and can be transferred to a future booking within the next 12 months.

Whilst we know that many people find the situation a concern we would like to take this time to reassure you at we are monitoring any developments and are strictly following Government guidance issued to ensure that you have the best stay possible.

In the meantime, we are very much open for business as usual and will communicate any updates as the situation progresses.

Finally, to any guests who are visiting our hotel, please follow this Government advice.

–              Wash hands regularly. Wash hands for at least 30 seconds and use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser if soap and water is not available.

–              If you cough or sneeze, please use tissues dispose of the tissue directly into a bin.
