Once you have made a provisional booking for your party with the hotel, you are requested to complete & return this form. Please indicate the total choices for your party & forward a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person (deposit on Christmas Day & New Year’s Eve is £20), upon receipt of which your booking will be confirmed in writing.
