Our two-bedroom apartments consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) with bath and overhead shower. There is also an open plan kitchen and living area. Each apartment has a sofa-bed in the living area to accommodate 2 persons. All two bedroom apartments have a view across the Teign Estuary. They also have patio areas to the ground floor apartments and balconies to second floor apartments. Patio furniture is provided.

We have 7 two bedroom apartments. Our Guillemot apartment is the only one that does not have a balcony or patio. You can however still enjoy the lovely view to Teignmouth.
Each apartment, (except Willow) has a King bed and two twin beds.
Each apartment and lodge contain the following essential equipment:

-Telephone
Our kitchens are fully equipped:-

-Tea-towels
-Fridge Cooking utensils and crockery

We provide all linen, bathroom towels and towels for the Leisure Club. Please just advise us of the number of guests in your party.
