The four split level apartments offer the perfect setting for a relaxing break. Taking full advantage of the stunning estuary views, all of the new apartments have private balconies from which you can simply unwind. Luxury fully fitted kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and full oven and hob, tastefully designed bedroom with king sized bed (velcro linked and can be split into twin beds) and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and well appointed lounge with TV, DVD and telephone will ensure that your stay is an enjoyable one.

One Bedroom Apartments

We have 16 one bedroom apartments here at the Passage House. Each apartment consists of a king sized bed (velcro linked 3ft beds which can be made into twins) in the main bedroom, open plan kitchen and living area and a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The apartments all have a double sofa bed in the living area to accommodate 2 persons.

Two Bedroom Apartments

Our two-bedroom apartments consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) with bath and overhead shower. There is also an open plan kitchen and living area. Each apartment has a sofa-bed in the living area to accommodate 2 persons. All two bedroom apartments have a view across the Teign Estuary. They also have patio areas to the ground floor apartments and balconies to second floor apartments. Patio furniture is provided.
